    Continuously improve our production processes and corporate structure with a focus on quality and process excellence,

    Carry out continuous internal improvement activities to meet customer demands,

    Support and encourage our suppliers to operate in accordance with the quality management system,

    We undertake to:

    Minimize occupational accidents, occupational diseases, and the resulting material and non-material losses by complying with all national and international occupational health and safety legislation and agreements,

    Establish an effective occupational health and safety culture to which employees at every level contribute,

    Provide occupational health and safety training to all employees to increase their knowledge and awareness,

    Assess all occupational health and safety risks and eliminate them at their source through effective solutions,

    Implement management by objectives to ensure participation at every level in risk assessment and risk reduction activities,

    Inform the contractors providing services to our company, as well as our visitors and interns, about occupational health and safety and ensure their compliance with our company’s occupational health and safety culture,

    Improve working conditions by embracing the principle of continuous improvement in occupational health and safety,

    Establish a continuously evolving Occupational Health and Safety Process by closely monitoring developments in both legal regulations and the technologies used within the scope of occupational health and safety.

    Our Environmental and Energy Policy;

    Harput Tekstil San. ve Tic. A.Ş. has set the continuous improvement of energy performance, reduction of costs, optimization of investments in energy efficiency, reduction of environmental impacts and greenhouse gas emissions, control of factors that cause environmental damage based on the principle of preventing pollution rather than cleaning it up, and protection of natural resources as its primary objectives. Within this scope, it has declared the following commitments.

    Accordingly, we declare and undertake to:

    Monitor national environmental legislation, all energy-related laws and regulations, and other requirements with which we are obliged to comply, and fulfill the relevant requirements,

    Use appropriate technologies that cause the least possible harm to the environment within the framework of technical and ecological possibilities and ensure the protection of natural resources,

    Reduce negative environmental impacts throughout all production processes and raise awareness among all company employees by providing training on reducing environmental pollution and protecting the environment,

    Minimize energy and water consumption to conserve natural resources throughout our production activities,

    Reduce waste that may arise from production, transportation, storage, operation, and maintenance activities, and evaluate recycling and recovery alternatives,

    Use chemicals that minimize harm to the environment and human health within the scope of chemical management,

    Establish an integrated approach to health, safety, and environmental protection by reducing potential emergency risks within the framework of occupational health and safety rules,

    Apply continuous improvement principles regarding pollution to prevent potential adverse environmental impacts arising from our activities from harming the natural environment,

    Set objectives aligned with our Environmental and Energy Policy with the participation of all our employees, develop actions to achieve these objectives, review them regularly, and provide the necessary resources,

    Evaluate improvements in the design and modification of facilities, equipment, systems, and processes in line with energy performance objectives,

    Effectively procure and use energy-efficient products and services,

    Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to create shared value and beneficial outcomes in matters related to Environmental and Energy Management,

    Use appropriate resources and technologies under the principle of energy control,

    Improve energy performance values, including energy efficiency and intensity, across all processes,

    Continuously improve efforts to reduce energy consumption and enhance energy efficiency, monitor their implementation, and evaluate their results.

    Information Technology Service Management Policy

    We undertake to continuously improve the effectiveness of the Information Technology services provided within our field of activity; ensure the IT service infrastructure and continuity of all transactions carried out through the electronic applications provided by the organization; ensure the satisfaction of users and stakeholders receiving IT services; coordinate the service-providing departments to understand and prioritize customer needs and meet them accurately; implement the necessary measures to establish, develop, and ensure the effectiveness of a structure compliant with information technology service management requirements; meet legal requirements; and continuously improve all information technology processes by effectively managing risks and opportunities.

    Business Continuity Management Policy

    In the event of disasters or emergencies beyond our control, we undertake to ensure the safety of life as our primary priority by keeping our business continuity plans continuously ready and improving them; subsequently, to ensure that all our services and activities remain unaffected or are affected to the minimum extent anticipated within the framework of previously conducted studies; conduct drills, taking into account our legal obligations, policies, and customer expectations, to ensure that our plans function effectively during emergencies; perform analyses to identify potential risks that may cause service interruptions and take precautions against these risks; manage internal and external communication regarding business continuity; fulfill the requirements of suppliers, customers, shareholders, employees, and legal authorities; and prepare our business continuity plans by considering our customers’ expectations, corporate policies, and legal obligations.

    Personal Data Protection Policy

    The purpose of this policy is to provide information about the personal data processing activities carried out lawfully by our company and the systems adopted for the protection of personal data, and to ensure transparency by informing individuals whose personal data is processed by our company, particularly our customers, potential customers, employees, job applicants, company officials, visitors, employees and officials of the organizations with which we cooperate, and third parties. The company undertakes to meet legal requirements regarding the personal data it processes and to ensure continuous improvement by managing the relevant risks.

    Complaint Management Policy

    Objectivity criteria are taken into consideration during the complaint resolution process. Complaints are handled impartially and fairly. Due care is taken to ensure integrity when establishing the facts related to the subject of a complaint, and all parties involved are taken into consideration. The information of customers who submit complaints is confidential. Such information is not shared with third-party organizations or individuals outside the company unless required to resolve the complaint.

    In this context, Harput Tekstil undertakes to fulfill the requirements of the ISO 27001 Information Security Management System standards, meet legal requirements, ensure the implementation of all applicable controls, and continuously improve the established Information Security Management System at regular intervals each year in line with new areas of application and evolving technology.

    As the Human Resources Department, we strive to encourage our employees to develop various strategies within the scope of their responsibilities, take initiative, and thereby take ownership of their work and its results.
